Training Regimen


Since I live in Wisconsin and Henry in Illinois our options for outdoor training in the winter are limited.  I signed up for one hour of CrossFit training five days a week December - February.   As part of my training I would cycle 30 minutes after CrossFit.  


Here is an example of one of my CrossFit workouts - row 400 meters, 30 box jumps & 30 wall balls and repeat for 25 minutes.   


Henry’s training regimen is more advanced with skiing trips to the Rockies and lifting craft beers on fancy boats in the Galápagos Islands.  


That being said, Henry is very advanced and fast rider!!
