Since I live in Wisconsin and Henry in Illinois our options
for outdoor training in the winter are limited. I signed up for one hour of CrossFit training five days a
week December - February. As
part of my training I would cycle 30 minutes after CrossFit.
Here is an example of one of my CrossFit workouts - row 400 meters, 30 box jumps & 30
wall balls and repeat for 25 minutes.
